Calendar subscription

Busy executives live and breathe by their personal calendars; when they attend an event, they’re not always looking at their schedule on the event app or platform. This means they might miss meetings which damages the experience of those they were going to meet, your paying exhibitors and sponsors!

The solution? Be able to sync your event schedule with your personal calendar, so users have all their sessions and meetings sitting alongside their everyday calendar.

On the ‘My Schedule’ page, users will be able to select the calendar they wish to sync to:

The calendar will layer over the users personal calendar. On Google for example, the synced calendar appears in the left-hand side and can be unchecked to remove it. This is an example, using Grip product release dates:
