MustMeet / Hosted Buyer view location toggle

When a MustMeet (or Hosted Buyer) event happens alongside an event that allows for free-flow meeting arrangement , there are sometimes meeting clashes, regardless of whether the event has been designed to anyone <>anyone or the classic supplier <> buyer style meetings.

This happens because:

1. Grip's MustMeet platform analyzes the meeting scores and understands that there remain X number of spaces available in the meeting locations assigned to the MustMeet participants.

2. In the time it takes MustMeet to generate the meetings, and attendees to confirm their schedule, an attendee in the free-flow event might have booked a meeting in one of the spaces the MustMeet platform thinks is available.

To solve this, we’ll be automatically hiding any MustMeet allocated locations from free-flow users. Free-flow users will still be able to book meetings, but these will be in locations without the MustMeet tag. We’ll provide a toggle on the dashboard, should an event organiser wish to unhide MustMeet locations once the schedule is confirmed.
