Set maximum and minimum answers for onboarding

Organizers will be able to set the maximum and minimum values required for a Custom Profile Field on an event.

Companies and Items will not have the ability to have minimum values set, but will be able to still set the maximum number of values that can be added to a field.

This will allow organizers to make sure they have a fuller and accurate data set for any participant type across their event. It will also give them the opportunity to set required values for participants, meaning that they cannot gain access to the event without adding specific required data, which is particularly useful for pre-requisites i.e. qualifications or job seniority.
