Parent/Child Profile Fields

Adding categorisation options for Custom Profile Fields.

This will allow for better navigation, more granular information, and the ability for participants using the Grip platform to be able to more quickly and easily find exactly what they’re looking for.

An example might be that during onboarding a participant is asked which regions they are interested in; the new feature will allow more detailed information to be gleaned, as follows:

Which regions are you interested in?
> Middle East (parent)
>Oman (child)
>Egypt (child)
