We’re bringing more flexibility and insight to your registration workflows with Custom Attributes -  a new way to segment signups and track registration sources directly in Grip Manage.

Organizers can now define attributes like VIP status, registration source (e.g., Google, Social Media, Partner Link), or any other custom tag to categorize attendees, just like you already can with Custom Groups in Grip Engage.

These attributes can be:

  • Automatically applied via special registration links

  • Manually assigned in the Grip Manage dashboard

  • Synced to Grip Engage to build targeted participant groups for campaigns or analytics!
