In the world of event management, reducing the time and cost involved in setting up an event is critical. We're excited to announce a new feature aimed at addressing this very need: Native Integrations for Tito and Bizzabo. This enhancement promises to streamline your event setup by allowing straightforward ticket or registration data to seamlessly integrate with Grip.
Managing event data often requires significant time and resources. Organizers typically have four ways to get data into Grip: manually creating profiles on the dashboard, uploading CSV files, using our Registration API, or working with the Integrations team to set up a Blendr blend. These methods can be time-consuming and costly, involving multiple coordination meetings and constantly changing requirements.
With our new Native Integration for Tito or Bizzabo, you can connect your registration data directly to Grip, reducing setup time and costs. This feature is designed for customers using Tito as a data source, who require mapping to a single language and need to pull data from Tito to Grip without pushing data back to Tito. It’s perfect for organizers who are content with using the CSV session uploader for adding sessions to Grip! With Bizzabo, multiple registration types can be selected at one time, and pulled as one Grip's data type!
Initially, our focus is on attendee data integration. The existing Registration API service, CSV uploader, and manual profile creation functionalities will remain unchanged. Future updates may include session data integration as an independent feature that reuses components from this tool.
Our goal is for you to feel in control of how and when your data is sent to Grip, without needing support from Grip staff members. We want to enable you to confidently say, "I’ve got this." and seamlessly and with no doubt manage and trust the data.
Newest updates on Tito Native Integrations and Bizzabo Native Integrations will be available in Grip from Monday, June 10th 2024 and is available as standard.
