With our integration of custom fields into Session Recommendations, you’ll have the ability to help tailor session recommendations, ensuring that every participant receives the most relevant and engaging experience possible.
Previously, event organizers used a tag system to label sessions, but managing tags was cumbersome, and lacked flexibility. Recommendations generated from this data wasn't as accurate as it could be.
More Relevant Recommendations
By setting up matching custom fields between Participants and Sessions, you’ll give your participants more personalized recommendations that align with their specific demographics, interests, and registration data. This means attendees will receive suggestions that truly resonate, enhancing their overall event experience!

This new recommendation strategy for Sessions will join our existing set of strategies and will be used alongside them automatically, as long as the right data exists in your event. You'll just need to make sure that you've created at least one custom field for sessions that matches a custom field for your attendees and linked them together. We'll take care of the rest.
