Life's already complicated, so why should managing your event data be? We're rolling out self-serviced registration integration with even more providers. Its job? To crush the time and money-eating monster that event setup can be when you have heaps of straightforward registration or ticket data.
In the past, you had four ways to feed data into Grip:
- Manual profile creation on the dashboard. 🖱️
- CSV uploads. 📂
- Our registration API. 🔄
- Or, let our Integrations team work their magic. 🎩
But hey, we thought: why not make it even easier with a self-service wizard in the Grip Dashboard
We started with Cvent, Visit by GES and Swoogo, but we've just added Hubspot, ASP and Experient to your integration tool box.
What’s included?
- An integration management user experience for you, the maestro, to conduct your external data source integrations. This includes a connection manager, data mapping manager, and publication/scheduling manager. 🎼
- A data processing service to connect, retrieve, or receive data and transform it into Grip’s attendee data format. This includes a data retriever, receiver, and mapper. 🎹
Oh, and the current Registration API service, CSV uploader, and manual profile creation? Still here and not going anywhere.
Our aim?
For you to confidently say, "I’ve got this." We want you to feel like the boss of your data and use our tools without needing a Grip staff member to hold your hand. We're confident our Native Integrations Wizard can do just that!
What you need to know to get started
Native integrations will be available with Hubspot, ASP and Experient from Monday 5th February 2024. Cvent, Visit by GES and Swoogo are also readily available. Please talk to your account manager to find out more.
