And sometimes, you just wish there was an easier way to find what you're looking for (apart from Grip’s AI-powered recommendations, of course!)
That's why we're delighted to announce an upgrade to Grip’s Global Search that will making event search much more useful for your participants.
We're extending our Global Search capabilities to include content sessions, all from the convenience of the home page. No more hopping between the search bar and the Event Agenda; now you can find what you're looking for, all in one place.
We're also introducing more intuitive connections in our search results. Now when you search for related Speakers or Sponsors, you'll see relevant Sessions pop up too, and vice versa. We're bridging the gap between people and content, making event searches more fruitful.
You'll see some design upgrades that will make your search experience even more seamless. Enjoy paginated search results, a clear view of the total number of matches, and a fresh look for session cards. Plus, with our new scoring system, we're aiming to bring the most important results to the top of the page.
Improving Global Search is another example of how we're committed to enhancing the platform user experience. We're turning the often-daunting task of discovery into a delightful journey, one that helps foster meaningful connections, education and interactions.
The improvements to global search will be available on both web and mobile from Monday 18th December 2023 and is included with all plans.
