Meeting Organizer Limits

Meeting Organizer Limits
This update makes scheduling more flexible and intuitive. By giving attendees the freedom to manage their time more effectively and allowing organizers to control meeting behaviours at an event level, we’re making it easier than ever to create successful connections.
What’s new?
We’re introducing a new Meeting Organizer Limit per Participant, allowing event organizers to set a cap on the number of meetings each participant can organize. This aligns with the kind of meeting packages that some organizers use as a monetization opportunity, and ensures a more balanced and controlled approach to meeting scheduling.
Organizers can configure this limit directly from the dashboard, making it easy to implement across events. However, it’s important to note that Meeting Organizer Limits supersede any Pending Meeting Limit that's also set; so participants with both will only be subject to their personal Meeting Organizer Limit. This new limit is also compatible with MustMeet events, as it only applies to meetings participants have booked themselves.
At the same time, we've improved the way that all meeting limits are displayed for participants, and provided additional places in the platform to see these limits. This means less confusion and better decision making when it comes to sending our meeting requests.
As the Meeting Organizer Limit is set at a personal level as opposed to a data type level, we have of course added support this new data through all of our registration methods, whether your data is coming through a Native Integration or just a spreadsheet upload.
Why you’ll love it:
This update gives organizers more control over how meetings are distributed, and enables the sale of meeting plans or caps to participants. By setting a meeting cap, organizers can also prevent any single participant from monopolizing meeting slots, allowing for a more diverse range of interactions.
For attendees, this means a more structured and predictable scheduling experience, avoiding overload while still maximizing meaningful connections. With better-managed meeting allocations, events will run more smoothly, and participants can engage more effectively.
Stay tuned!
We’re excited about the potential of these upcoming features and how they will elevate your events. By implementing Meeting Organizer Limits, you’ll be taking a significant step toward creating more engaging and successful experiences for all attendees. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting enhancement after February 13th, and read more about it in our Public Product Roadmap!
