NI datasource: Visit by GES support JSON API

With the integration of VISIT by GES's newer JSON API, we are ensuring our platform remains aligned with industry standards and equipped to support future advancements in managing event data. This update doesn't introduce entirely new functionality, though it enhances how we handle data.

What This Means for You

If you’re already using VISIT as a native integration in our system, it's highly recommended that you start using these new data sources. In doing so, you'll unlock:

  • Improved data standards: Field names and structures have been standardized in line with recommended API practices, making data easier to interpret and integrate across systems.
  • Increased efficiency: With Visit separating pre-event registration data from event-generated data, you'll see less irrelevant data in the import process, gaining operational clarity.
  • Transparent data management: Known issues related to managing visitors and partners have been resolved by Visit, ensuring smoother workflows and fewer interruptions.
  • Proactive updates: With VISIT’s evolving API, our platform ensures you’re ready to take advantage of new features and improvements as they become available.

This integration helps us maintain what works, while evolving to support a smoother, more standardized experience for your team.
