How It Works

  1. Seamless access via Teams dashboard

    Exhibitors log in to their Teams dashboard, where they can now design their own custom lead qualification questions. Whether it’s identifying purchase intent, preferred brands, or business goals, exhibitors can tailor questions to align with their unique objectives. This functionality allows for a customized approach to lead qualification, right within your event platform.

  2. Instant lead qualification with Survey modal for Teams

    Either instantly, after a badge scan, or just while browsing through the event participants on the platform - you can enter a survey modal for each participant and categorize (potential) leads, add detailed notes, and qualify them with the right insights, etc.. This creates a smooth flow during the event, ensuring exhibitors can collaboratively capture, store crucial lead information effortlessly — all in real time.

  3. Centralised data for post-event success

    Once the event concludes, exhibitors access all lead information in one organised location within Grip, available under the Leads tab until a connection is established, and then in Contacts, ready for export. This centralization enables exhibitors to assess and refine their leads collaboratively, ensuring no insights are lost and follow-up actions are data-driven and effective.
